Huahao Enterprise Management Group President and Delegation Visit

On April 22nd, President Ouyang Huachang of Shenzhen Huahao Enterprise Management Group and his delegation visited our company to conduct a lean management diagnostic assessment.

During the meeting, General Manager Zhou Minghai warmly welcomed President Ouyang and his team, and gave a brief introduction to Huajiang Technology's industrial background and the company's development history. President Ouyang subsequently conducted an on-site visit to various departments, gaining detailed insights into the company's production organization process, product technology, on-site management, production efficiency, and quality control measures. He engaged in on-site discussions with department heads. Through lean methodologies such as indicator orientation, management model optimization, functional implementation, and standardized process construction, management experiences were exchanged. He provided constructive feedback on the company's production organization, shop floor management, equipment maintenance, and process management.
